January 11, 2025 - Luoyang Jiawei Bearing Manufacturing Co., Ltd. announced today that the company successfully customized and completed the production and debugging of a 20-meter large segmented ring gear for an important customer, and it has been officially delivered for use.
Segmented ring gears are mainly used in the following key areas:
1. Wind power generation
Wind turbine: As a key transmission component of the wind turbine, the 20-meter segmented ring gear can withstand huge torque and load, ensuring efficient and stable operation of the wind turbine and improving power generation efficiency.
Tower transmission: used in the power transmission system inside the wind power tower to ensure reliability and safety during the energy conversion process.
2. Mining machinery
