This quality sorting strictly adheres to the latest national standards including GB/T 307, GB/T 24608, and the ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements. A scientific "Five-Dimensional Integrated" evaluation system has been established, covering all key quality characteristics throughout the bearing's lifecycle:

1. Dimensional & Geometrical Precision: Using precision instruments such as laser diameter gauges and roundness meters, micron-level inspections are performed on inner/outer diameters, width, roundness, cylindricity, and runout to ensure 100% compliance with tolerance specifications.
2. Material & Heat Treatment Quality: Hardness testers and metallographic analyzers are employed to inspect hardness, microstructure, and carbide distribution of rings and rolling elements, eliminating material defects威海市人民政府.

II. Full-Coverage Inspection & Closed-Loop Management with Graded Disposition
