42CrMo is a commonly used alloy steel material, with good comprehensive mechanical properties, hardenability and wear resistance, by tempering treatment can further improve its mechanical properties, so that it is suitable for high-strength working environment. Therefore, the segmented gear ring made of 42CrMo material and tempered treatment can withstand the high load and impact generated during the operation of mining equipment.
