Recently, our team successfully completed the machining of a high-precision slewing bearing ring (Model X011.45.1802) using a vertical lathe instead of the conventional grinding process.
The result:
✅ Face runout ≤ 0.02 mm
✅ Radial runout ≤ 0.08 mm
All dimensional requirements were fully achieved.
More importantly, this approach solved a machining challenge that had remained unresolved for weeks, while significantly improving production efficiency.
For us, manufacturing is not simply about following established processes.
