The meeting commenced with a speech by Chairman Zhang Qicong, who reviewed the company's breakthrough achievements in 2024, particularly in the fields of high-precision supporting bearings and wind energy, where numerous technological innovations and business growth milestones were achieved. Zhang Qicong emphasized, "In 2024, despite a severely shrinking market, we achieved a 6% revenue growth, marking the third consecutive year of growth. Amid market downturns and reduced investments, we defied the odds by establishing Hengjia Heavy Industry Forging Plant, which began trial production in June 2024, generating an output value of over 20 million yuan and becoming a regulated enterprise within the same year. Looking ahead to 2025, challenges and opportunities coexist. The industry is undergoing rapid transformation, and the waves of digitalization and intelligentization bring limitless possibilities. We will drive innovation, increase R&D investment, and launch more high-quality products; deepen digital transformation to enhance production efficiency and management levels; and expand domestic and international markets to strengthen our brand influence."  

General Manager Yang Dinghui outlined new strategic goals from a management perspective: "2025 is the year of quality service extension and finalization for the company. With extended industry warranties and after-sales guarantees, we aim to solidify our position as a leader in the slewing bearing industry. The improvement of our industrial chain and management will ensure optimal delivery times in 2025, enabling us to swiftly capture the operation and maintenance after-sales market."
